Privacy Policy

Account Information: When you sign in, we collect your email address to create and manage your account. That's it—no passwords, no personal details.

Usage Data: We track how many evaluations you've performed and your credit balance to provide our service. We don't track what ideas you evaluate.

API Keys (BYOK Users): If you choose to bring your own API key, we encrypt and store it securely. You can remove it anytime.

Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your payment details.

We use your information to:

• Provide startup idea evaluations
• Manage your account and credit balance
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send important service updates (rarely)
• Improve our service based on usage patterns

We never: Sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond providing our service.

Encryption: All data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Access Controls: Only essential team members have access to data, and all access is logged and monitored.

Infrastructure: We use Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL) for hosting, both SOC 2 Type II certified providers.

Regular Audits: We regularly review our security practices and update them as needed.

Our Chrome extension is designed with privacy first:

• Only accesses Twitter/X when you click the evaluation button
• Doesn't track your browsing or collect browsing history
• Only sends tweet content when you explicitly request evaluation
• Uses minimal permissions (activeTab and storage only)

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all data we have about you
• Portability: Export your data in standard formats
• Correction: Update any incorrect information
• Deletion: Delete your account and all data permanently
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from communications

We use these trusted third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 certified)
• Anthropic: AI evaluation services (for API calls)
• Vercel: Web hosting and deployment
• Neon: Database hosting (PostgreSQL)

Each service has their own privacy policy and security standards that we've carefully reviewed.

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. When we do:

• We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top
• We'll notify you via email for significant changes
• The latest version will always be available at this URL
